records at out-of-state meets! Our by-laws (as stated on the new records application form) require
that lifters setting records out of state MUST have the lift
or lifts be witnessed by and application forms signed by three
(3) certified USAPL judges and the Meet Director. Records set at
USAPL National contests will be accepted automatically.
